GreatProperty is an Indian property marketplace where owners, agents and builders list residential, commercial, land and new-project properties for sale and rent, and where buyers and tenants search, save, compare and contact them directly.
What we do differently
- A person reviews every listing before it goes live. New and edited listings wait in a moderation queue, where duplicates, wrong prices and misleading photographs are caught first.
- Badges are earned, never automatic. A Phone, Owner, Property, Documents or RERA badge appears only after that specific check has been completed by the review team.
- No brokerage, no middle-man. Enquiries go straight to the person who listed the property. GreatProperty does not take a commission on any deal.
- Documents stay private. Anything uploaded for verification is stored privately and used only for that purpose.
Who is behind it
GreatProperty is built and run by Aniket Bhardwaj, an educator and founder based in Delhi NCR, as part of a family of independent Indian web platforms. It is an early, growing platform: the listing count is small today and every one of them is real.
What we are not
GreatProperty is not a broker, a builder, a lender or a legal adviser. We do not own, inspect or guarantee any property. Information in listings is supplied by the person listing the property; please verify identity, ownership and documents before paying anyone.
