1. What GreatProperty is

GreatProperty (greatproperty.4ab.in) is an online listing platform that lets property owners, agents and builders publish listings and lets visitors search and contact them. GreatProperty is not a party to any transaction, does not act as a broker or agent, and does not own, inspect, value or guarantee any property.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that post misleading listings, spam, or abuse other users.

3. Listings

By posting you confirm you own the property or are authorised to market it, that the details, price and photographs are accurate and current, and that you will mark it sold or rented when it is. Listings are reviewed before publication and may be edited, rejected, suspended or removed at our discretion, including on receipt of a report. Basic listings are free; any paid feature will be clearly described before payment and is activated only after the payment is confirmed on our side.

4. Verification badges

Badges reflect specific checks done by our team at a point in time. They are not a warranty of title, price or condition, and do not replace your own due diligence.

5. Dealing with other users

Any negotiation, agreement, payment or visit is solely between you and the other party. Never pay a token or deposit without a written receipt, verify identity and ownership documents, and prefer bank transfers to cash. GreatProperty is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users.

6. Acceptable use

No fake or duplicate listings, no scraping or bulk copying of listings, no harassment, no attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls.

7. Content and licence

You retain ownership of what you post and grant GreatProperty a licence to display it on the platform and in previews and search results while the listing is live.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, GreatProperty's liability is limited to the fees you paid to GreatProperty in the preceding 12 months, if any.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
